SUMMIT is currently hiring experienced plasterers skilled in the following:

• Experience with plastering, stucco application, or a related trade 
• Familiarity with different plastering techniques, including lath and plaster, veneer plaster, and three-coat stucco systems
• Ability to mix and apply stucco, plaster, and other coating materials
• Knowledge of hand tools (trowels, floats, hawks, spray equipment, etc.) and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques
• Attention to detail to ensure smooth, even finishes
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials
• Safety awareness, including knowledge of OSHA regulations and PPE use
