Job Description

Who We Are

Hi! We’re Thinkingbox, a brand experience agency driven by craft and curiosity. Our team blends diverse perspectives in design, technology, and strategy to push boundaries and deliver innovative work for our clients. We’re a curious group that loves to think big, keep learning, and create meaningful experiences. Culture is at the heart of who we are, and our offices are hubs of natural collaboration. From hanging out with our office dogs to enjoying Thursday happy hours, we keep our work environment vibrant, welcoming, and fun. Each year, we also encourage our people to spend a month exploring the world, whether that means working from another office or even from the beaches of Mexico, to expand their perspectives and bring fresh inspiration back to the team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a resourceful and proactive Producer to join our Los Angeles team. You are a doer who thrives in fast paced environments and takes ownership of your work. You will support Executive Producers and Senior Producers while independently driving your own projects forward. You will ensure timelines are met, tasks are tracked, and deliverables are completed to the highest standard. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, accountable, and energized by collaboration. Experience with experiential production or gaming is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage day to day project execution from kickoff through delivery
  • Own tasks and project workflows while communicating progress clearly and consistently
  • Support Executive Producers and Senior Producers with project organization, documentation, scheduling, and client communications
  • Coordinate cross functional teams including creative, design, tech, production, and talent partners
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines while identifying risks and solutions
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow up actions from internal and client meetings
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time
  • Contribute to shoots, activations, and production moments onsite as needed
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in creative or production environments
  • Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through with excellence
  • Strong project coordination skills across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Clear communication and ability to stay organized under pressure
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
  • Experience with experiential or gaming projects is a bonus
  • Familiarity with production budgets, schedules, and workflows
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Equal Opportunity

At Thinkingbox, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. We believe that diversity is our creative strength – it's the range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds that fuels our best ideas and most innovative solutions. We welcome and encourage applicants of all races, ethnicities, genders, identities, abilities, ages, sexual orientations, and backgrounds to apply. Your voice matters here.

To Apply

Thank you for your interest in joining our team. Please submit your resume along with links to your online portfolio as part of your application. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we’re unable to respond to every submission. However, all applications are kept in our talent database and will be considered for future opportunities.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
