Production Associate | Tremonton, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a leading food manufacturing team in Tremonton, Utah. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Production Associate, you’ll support the creation and packaging of top-quality breakfast products while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor.

This position offers long-term stability, a positive workplace culture, and valuable on-the-job training — including forklift certification and equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production or packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.

• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet daily production goals.

• Perform machine and equipment cleaning during scheduled downtime.

• Maintain excellent attendance and follow all safety and quality standards.

• Participate in paid, on-site training and complete required computer-based courses (CBTs).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (with valid ID).

• Must pass:

– 7-panel drug test

– National background check (no felonies or theft/violence-related charges within 7 years)

– Work screen through Intermountain (required before start)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• High school diploma or GED required (education verification form must be completed).

• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and good communication skills.

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

12-hour shifts | 36/48-hour rotation
