Perdue Farms in Georgetown, DE is hiring a 2nd shift Dark Meat Debone Supervisor. The Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality output and strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance. This role places strong emphasis on fostering associate growth, developing talent, and maintaining a safety culture of continuous improvement. The Production Supervisor is a key leader who drives team performance and upholds quality production standards.
