-Extensive experience in managing technical projects within a SaaS organization.
-Proficiency in sprints, scrum, and Agile methodologies is essential.

Program Manager duties:
-Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
-Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
-Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations teams, various lines of business teams, marketing teams, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
-Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and addressing issues promptly.
-Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
-Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance metrics.
-Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
-Ensure all projects adhere to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
