Location: Dallas, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and help elevate our brand's presence in the market. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing our public relations strategy, which is aimed at building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including media, clients, and the community. Responsibilities: * Assist in the development and implementation of strategic public relations plans. * Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials. * Conduct research to identify media outlets and key influencers relevant to the organization. * Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media representatives. * Coordinate and promote events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach efforts. * Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. * Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication strategies. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. * Familiarity with media monitoring tools and public relations software.
