Job Title: Python Developer – Food Truck Website Development

Location: Remote

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to innovative food truck website development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable backend systems and APIs that power feature-rich, mobile-responsive websites for food truck businesses across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend solutions using Python (Django/Flask).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs into responsive food truck websites.
• Implement real-time location tracking, online ordering systems, and event scheduling features.
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend components for high traffic loads.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in agile development processes.

The Profile

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Python Developer (2+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of web frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, maps).
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of best practices in website security and performance optimization.
• Bonus: Experience in food truck website development or related domains (e.g., restaurant tech, delivery platforms).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
