Our client is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Appliance Repair Technician with sealed system experience to join their growing team in Vancouver, WA. This is a full-time role offering strong earning potential, paid training, and a supportive culture with no nights or weekends required.
In this role, you will:
Diagnose and repair major home appliances, including washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and microwaves
Provide accurate cost estimates and explain services clearly to customers
Order and manage parts efficiently while minimizing waste
Collect payment for completed work
Deliver excellent customer service with every visit
Experience: 2+ years as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and ability to read schematics
Certifications: EPA certification and sealed system experience strongly preferred
Personal Qualities: Independent, detail-oriented, and strong problem solver
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and at least 18 years old
Pay Range: Minimum $20/hr with potential to earn $60+/hr based on experience and performance
