In this role, you will engage with customers through email, chat, and phone, providing accurate, timely, and professional support. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  

• Deliver personalized solutions by identifying and understanding each customer's unique needs
  

• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in CRM or support systems
  

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
  

• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or virtual support roles is preferred
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting
  

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly
  

• Must have a reliable internet connection
