What you’ll do

• Collaborate with founders, sales, design and other engineers to solve problems for our users – workers and businesses
• Build new user-facing features – including everything from database models to APIs and UI components
• Contribute to platform, infra and cultural foundations for the company as it continues its explosive growth

What we’re looking for

• Deep knowledge and strong fundamentals in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with at least familiarity in both
• Self-sufficiency: pick a problem and drive results
• Curious to “go to ground” to understand our users and challenge assumptions
• Demonstrated initiative to up-skill oneself
• Clear verbal and written communication
