Job Description:Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care and hospice care (if applicable at location) of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Educational Requirements: BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required Required Qualifications: East Market: Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Certification/Licensure Requirements: Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment.
