Are you a dependable, customer-focused professional looking to grow with a purpose-driven company? Join our client's team as a Route Driver and play a vital role in helping businesses stay safe and OSHA-compliant with essential solutions.
In this hands-on training role, you’ll work alongside our experienced route team to learn how to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers. You’ll help restock and maintain cabinets and equipment at customer sites, provide minor product support, and ensure accuracy in delivery and documentation.
Deliver and restock cabinets, stations, and products at customer locations
Support the warehouse and production team with order fulfillment and kit assembly
Step in to cover customer routes during absences or open territories
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products meet OSHA compliance requirements
Use handheld devices to document deliveries, track inventory, and complete required paperwork
Build customer relationships and recommend products or training services that meet their needs
Monitor and communicate vehicle or equipment maintenance needs to the Route Manager
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and route documentation standards
Participate in monthly safety and sales meetings
A dependable, service-minded individual with a strong attention to detail
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and perform regular standing, walking, stooping, and climbing
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
Basic computer and handheld scanner skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
Climbing stairs and stepping up/down from delivery vehicles
Exposure to varying weather conditions while servicing outdoor and indoor locations
Combination of driving, walking routes, and light warehouse work
Hands-on training and mentorship to prepare you for your own route
