What you´ll do

• Supports SHE organization in specialized area
• Drives SHE strategy and targets in area of responsibility and uses appropriate reporting tools
• Reports monthly on SHEQ KPI status
• Defines and executes standards and procedures in collaboration with affected functional area
• Ensures continual improvement in all relevant SHE fields
• Supports Global Audit Management
• Supervises legal compliance matters, follow-up of development in legal matters and regulatory affairs

What makes you a good fit

• Must have a B.S. in Occupational Health, science or a related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
• Must have working knowledge of Federal and State health, safety and environment regulations and reporting.
• Must have the ability to work effectively with the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) teams and Operation management team and their staff.
• Must have experience in emergency response and incident command training and implementation.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working in Process Safety Management (PSM) environments, with the ability to identify and assess hazards and risks associated with flammable raw materials.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
