Description Skorpios Technologies, Inc. is a leader in heterogeneous silicon photonic integration and semiconductor innovation.
The Sales Operations Manager will be a key business partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Sales and Finance teams, responsible for ensuring seamless execution across the entire sales lifecycle from managing relationships with customers, to owning the sales funnel and the front end of the Quote-to-Cash process while also supporting forecasting. You will lead strategic and operational initiatives that enhance sales productivity, enable data-driven decision-making, and optimize systems and processes.
This role requires strong experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP and CRM, Power BI, and best practices in order fulfillment and revenue operations
Responsibilities - Own and optimize the full sales operations function: process design, performance tracking, enablement, and execution
- Manage and continuously improve order processing workflows in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Ensure timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment, and invoicing within Oracle NetSuite
- Oversee CRM usage (Oracle NetSuite CRM), ensuring high-quality data, proper pipeline tracking, and sales process adherence
- Support implementation and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for sales funnel and orders
- Partner with the CRO and Sales Leadership on pipeline health, quota planning, territory management, and sales compensation modeling
- Lead sales enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training, and content/tools deployment
- Serve as the key liaison between Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Identify friction points in the lead-to-cash process and implement continuous improvements

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in semiconductor/technology industries
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP and CRM
- Proficient in Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of order management, fulfillment, and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling organization with global teams

Compensation And Benefits Skorpios embraces a Total Compensation philosophy that includes a base salary.
Paid Time Off: 128 hours PTO +
