Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** The SAP S/4HANA Infrastructure Lead applies senior level expertise/capabilities to deliver Basis services to client to maintain database integrity, table indexing, change pointers, etc., performs technical upgrade, perform analysis of, document, report, escalate, triage and resolve database performance issues. Analyzes, designs, builds, and/or configures activities necessary for the initial build or periodic refresh of components for the SAP environments. Performs / Executes COOP for backup and recovery of production and non-production environments. Develops / Maintains project schedules for various consecutive projects / efforts, manages CHARMs and Transports through Solution Manager or applicable tool to migrate SAP ERP changes through the non-production and production environments. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 10+ years of SAP, 2-5yr S/4HANA Basis implementation and post-production support experience * Experience with cloud and on-premise SAP implementations and multiple SAP implementation projects * Expertise on the technical foundation of SAP systems, ensuring stability, security, performance, and team leadership while overseeing system administration, upgrades, and project implementations * Knowledge of available infrastructure, related system software, system integration techniques, and network management * Demonstrable experience with contemporary project management tools and methodologies as well as ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies and propose solutions to project issues * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret NATO security clearance or higher **Preferred technical and professional experience** * 10+ years BASIS experience Linux OS Certification, CompTIA Security+ certification * SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA System Administration * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. 4 years of SAP BASIS or equivalent COTS experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
