Oil Changers has grown from 34 stores in 2018 to over 200 today. We've expanded operations from just oil change to car wash and light repair, as seen in our other brands “Wash Shop” and “Oil Changers +”. Recently, we've launched “Breeze Autocare” to encompass our family of brands under one name.
As a Private Equity-backed organization, we continue to rapidly expand and seek an experienced Analyst to help us achieve our growth goals. This Analyst will support business units through planning, reporting, and analysis. Our rapid growth provides a great deal of opportunity for an FP&A employee to learn about many different aspects of business and finance. We look forward to meeting you!
Selected responsibilities include :
• Support Operations Department with in-depth analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
• Prepare weekly sales reports for management team and the board.
• Design and distribute monthly dashboards tracking key performance indicators to the team.
• Calculate monthly store bonuses, contest performance, and payouts.
• Improve visibility and focus on profitability within secondary lines of business (repairs, inspections, etc.)
• Utilize Vena Planning to support the forecasting and reporting process.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis role
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI a plus
