Salary: $102,000 - 154,000 per year Requirements:

• I have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data architecture.
• I possess a strong background in data management practices, which include data quality, data privacy, and metadata management.
• I have proven experience working with data governance tools and technologies (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica).
• A preferred background in financial services is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• I will support the development and implementation of the overall data governance framework and strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• I will oversee the development and enforcement of data quality standards, assuring that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable across all systems.
• I will enforce data governance policies, guidelines, and procedures to uphold data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• I will collaborate with data stewards and other stakeholders across the business to ensure clarity and consistency in data definitions, usage, and ownership.
• I will monitor and ensure that data governance practices comply with relevant data protection laws, industry standards, and internal governance policies.
• I will work closely with IT, data, business units, and legal teams to integrate governance practices into all phases of data management, from creation to retirement.
• I will identify and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring that data governance processes support both operational and strategic goals.

This position has a market-based salary range of $102,000 - $154,000 and is eligible for annual incentives. The final salary offered depends on various factors, including responsibilities, experience, skills, and internal equity.
