Sr. Pega Developer Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Pega application development (CDH & Core)
  • Proficiency in Python and PL/SQL
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams

Sr. Pega Developer Responsibilities

  • 75%: Hands-on development in Pega CDH and Core applications
  • 25%: Coding/support using Python and PL/SQL
  • Optional: Tasks involving Apache Airflow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflows and reports
  • Contribute to ongoing innovation in credit systems and financial operations
