We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Honeywell’s TrackWise Digital platform to lead architecture, design, and integration for digital quality systems.
The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design and ensure seamless alignment between Salesforce , TrackWise Digital , and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Solution Architecture & Design:
Lead the overall architecture and design for Honeywell TrackWise Digital and Salesforce implementations. Define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across digital quality solutions.
🔹 Technical Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams. Establish design principles, coding standards, and perform code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance.
🔹 Integration Architecture:
Design and oversee integrations between Honeywell TrackWise Digital , Salesforce , and other enterprise systems. Ensure secure data flow, synchronization, and efficient API management.
🔹 Governance & Compliance:
Ensure all solutions meet GxP , FDA , and GDPR compliance requirements. Support validation and documentation efforts for regulated quality environments.
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and product owners to align technology solutions with business needs. Communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect in enterprise environments
✅ Hands-on experience with Honeywell TrackWise Digital (mandatory)
✅ Expertise in Salesforce architecture and integration
✅ Strong background in API-based integrations , middleware, and data synchronization
✅ Understanding of GxP, FDA, and GDPR compliance frameworks
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
