Pay starting at $75,000 based upon experience We are seeking a Spa Director to join our team! The Spa Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Fitness facility to include: establishing and meeting the budget and financial goals, marketing initiatives, staff oversight and training, and leading and motivating staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement spa and wellness programs
• Manage spa staff and ensure a high level of customer service
• Ensure that all staff members are consistently executing company standards to create an exceptional guest experience
• Optimize revenue through strategic pricing and promotions
• Develop monthly/seasonal wellness events for members to include yoga workshops, dance series, lunch and learn seminars, etc.
• Monitor operations and ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment in the spa and wellness facilities
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in spa and fitness management
• Licensed Massage Therapist preferred
• Licensed Esthetician preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of current spa and wellness trends
• Proven track record of driving revenue in a spa environment
• Ideal candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills
• Certification in spa management or related field
