Job Description

A Cleaner World, a trusted name in North Carolina for over 40 years, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Manager Trainee Program and grow into the role of Store Manager at one of our Triangle-area locations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop problem-solving skills by managing daily operational challenges and optimizing store processes.
  • Work closely with experienced team members to build leadership abilities and prepare for future management responsibilities.
  • Assist with team supervision, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Receive comprehensive training in all aspects of dry cleaning operations, including garment care and equipment use—no prior industry experience required.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company standards for quality and service.

Qualifications

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership traits and a desire to grow into a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.

Compensation

Store Managers earn a total compensation range of $50,000–$70,000 , which includes a weekly salary and the opportunity to earn up to 3% of sales as a monthly bonus.
