Heid Music is looking for a new leader of the band! We have a full-time Store Manager position in our Madison, WI location available. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of business acumen, a deep love for music, and a genuine desire to empower others on their musical journey.
Heid Music is a music retailer that provides solutions that foster happy and developing musicians. Our Store Managers lead the operations of our stores through that lens and are passionate about creating a unique, customer-focused environment.
The Store Manager will coordinate a seamless orchestration of sales and service, ensuring that every customer encounters our distinctive BRAVO experience. Responsibilities will encompass all facets of store operations, from developing exceptional customer relationships to managing inventory with precision. Adept communication skills will be instrumental in fostering employee morale and nurturing strong team dynamics.
In addition to mastering the retail rhythm, the Store Manager will conduct outreach initiatives, forming meaningful partnerships within the community and collaborate with our education accounts management team to support schools in their musical endeavors.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Education related field. A minimum of five years previous retail/sales management experience with proven sales results is required. Previous success building community relationships and engagement is needed. Knowledge of music products and instruments is essential.
