Now Hiring: Retail Cannabis Store Manager – Portland, OR

We’re looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead our team, manage operations, and help shape a positive, professional, and knowledgeable in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise store staff.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, cross-selling, and customer service.
• Handle employee discipline and terminations per company policy.
• Conduct formal and informal performance evaluations (quarterly).

Operations & Administration:

• Daily cash handling and sales reporting for accounting.
• Monitor and order inventory, manage returns and vendor relations.
• Use company systems to track KPIs, schedules, and labor budgets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and team morale.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure the store is welcoming, informative, and inclusive.
• Promote a respectful and culturally aware environment.
• Lead by example with positivity, care, and professionalism.

Inventory & Compliance

• Ensure products are correctly labeled, displayed, and stocked
• Verify deliveries and maintain accurate physical inventory
• Support compliance with state and local cannabis regulations
