One of our direct clients is actively seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team. The System Administrator will educate our employees and act as the first point of contact for support within the business for technical needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong time-management skills and excellent communication skills, which enable him/her to work with various employees and leaders within the company. The System Administrator will own any/all technical problems and feel passionate about technology and helping others.  

Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ extension

Job Duties The duties of a Systems Administrator include, but are not limited to:

• Provisions Active Directory and other user accounts for on-boarding and off-boarding functions;
• Tests Windows updates and deploys to devices;
• Publishes printers to print servers;
• Builds and tests software packages for deployment to computers;
• Participates in asset lifecycle management, inventory tracking and record updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science is required
• Prior Technical Support experience 
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, equipment, technology and other performance-monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of proactive customer service
