Salary: $93,600 - 93,600 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Agile environment as a Product Owner
• Record of success in directing developers as a project manager or product owner under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
• Solid understanding of project management principles, preferably Agile/SCRUM
• Hands-on experience driving process improvement initiatives
• Exceptional influencing and negotiation abilities
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Bachelors Degree or higher in technology, business, project management, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of SQL queries and Postman API is a plus

• Define and communicate the overarching vision, objectives, and goals of the business
• Articulate the needs for the minimum viable product
• Create, refine, socialize, and prioritize the Product backlog
• Facilitate the delivery of the Product Backlog by presenting it to the team and refining user stories and artifacts
• Collaborate with the team to create acceptance criteria and accept completed user stories
• Contribute to the growth and performance of the Agile team
• Work closely with scrum teams to refine, groom, and accept user stories and bugs for implementation
• Develop UAT test cases, conduct UAT testing, and track results while addressing issues with the scrum master and Agile team
• Represent the team to external stakeholders and ensure alignment and understanding of the teams progress
• Support the Agile Program and promote adherence to enterprise Agile standards
• Provide feedback on enhancements for the Agile process
• Champion change and manage the implementation of new ideas effectively
• Motivate the team to achieve objectives and identify opportunities for process optimization
• Foster individual growth and accountability among team members
• Communicate relevant information across all organizational levels
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish, prioritize, and define workflows and requirements
• Reinforce teamwork in client projects and internal initiatives
• Gather and solicit input from team members at all levels
• Cultivate a dynamic and collaborative spirit within the team
• Deliver high-quality support and partnership within the broader team
• Identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
• Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen business relationships
