Salary: $93,600 - 93,600 per year Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Agile environment as a Product Owner
- Record of success in directing developers as a project manager or product owner under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Solid understanding of project management principles, preferably Agile/SCRUM
- Hands-on experience driving process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation abilities
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Bachelors Degree or higher in technology, business, project management, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of SQL queries and Postman API is a plus
Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the overarching vision, objectives, and goals of the business
- Articulate the needs for the minimum viable product
- Create, refine, socialize, and prioritize the Product backlog
- Facilitate the delivery of the Product Backlog by presenting it to the team and refining user stories and artifacts
- Collaborate with the team to create acceptance criteria and accept completed user stories
- Contribute to the growth and performance of the Agile team
- Work closely with scrum teams to refine, groom, and accept user stories and bugs for implementation
- Develop UAT test cases, conduct UAT testing, and track results while addressing issues with the scrum master and Agile team
- Represent the team to external stakeholders and ensure alignment and understanding of the teams progress
- Support the Agile Program and promote adherence to enterprise Agile standards
- Provide feedback on enhancements for the Agile process
- Champion change and manage the implementation of new ideas effectively
- Motivate the team to achieve objectives and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Foster individual growth and accountability among team members
- Communicate relevant information across all organizational levels
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish, prioritize, and define workflows and requirements
- Reinforce teamwork in client projects and internal initiatives
- Gather and solicit input from team members at all levels
- Cultivate a dynamic and collaborative spirit within the team
- Deliver high-quality support and partnership within the broader team
- Identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
- Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen business relationships
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as required or assigned
