Job Title: RV Dealership Title Clerk / Accounting & DMV
Location: Bath, NY

Pay Range: $19.00-24.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare DMV, Reg, Title, and Tax Documents with precise accuracy.
  • Report directly to the General Manager, combine efforts to improve customer experience and quality control.
  • Submit all legal transfer documents to DMV, including in-state and out-of-state transactions.
  • Receive and Process paperwork from the Finance Department.
  • Research vehicle titles and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Work alongside the Finance Managers to ensure a timely closing of all sales in a manner that promotes a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively build strong relationships and rapport with all customers and employees in ways that lead to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and loyalty.
  • Meet company timelines in processing title, DMV, tax, and administrative paperwork.
  • Prepare deal closing documents for Finance Managers in a timely and precise manner.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organization, communication, precision, and accountability are a must!
Position Requirements:
  • Previous DMV/Title/Legal experience required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & clean driving record .
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to effectively communicate between multiple departments.
  • Professional conduct.
