We have a growing title company with a branch in Bradenton that is looking to hire a Title Processor. Candidates who have some experience closing will get priority consideration. Pay for the position will be $50,000-$55,000/yr. This is a PERMANENT position and NOT TEMP.
Title Processor: Candidate must have 2+ years of current experience working for a title company or law firm, working as a Title Processor. The candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues, and help prepare HUD's.
Candidate must have experience preparing CD's.
The candidate must have good data entry and computer skills.
