Toxicology Sales Representative – Alabama/Georgia Territory
Base Salary: $75K–$90K + Performance-Based Bonus Structure
Location: Preferably based in Alabama or Georgia
Experience Required: Clinical Lab Sales (Toxicology); Molecular a Plus
Lighthouse Lab Services is proud to represent a well-established toxicology laboratory that is expanding its commercial team. We are actively seeking a Toxicology Sales Representative to help grow the lab’s presence in the Southeast, particularly in Alabama and Georgia .
Position Overview:
This is a high-impact sales role focused on selling toxicology testing services to healthcare providers and clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in toxicology laboratory sales , strong existing relationships in the region, and the ability to drive new business opportunities in a competitive market. Experience with molecular testing (infectious disease, pharmacogenomics, etc.) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed performance targets
Maintain and grow existing client relationships while aggressively pursuing new business
Educate providers on the clinical value of the lab’s toxicology and molecular services
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, log activity, and track progress
Conduct regular in-person visits, phone outreach, and other lead generation activities
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and regional meetings
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and company standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory sales experience , specifically in toxicology testing
Experience with molecular diagnostics (infectious disease, PGx, etc.) is highly preferred
Existing relationships with physician offices, pain management clinics, behavioral health providers, or addiction centers is a plus
Self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Must reside in Alabama or Georgia , or be willing to relocate to the area
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus structure
