Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about customer service? We are looking for a Track and Trace Customer Service Representative to join our team and help ensure seamless shipment tracking and customer satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in supply chain operations by monitoring shipments, coordinating deliveries, and resolving issues efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries.
Proactively escalate and resolve shipment issues, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Communicate with Customer Service and Dispatch teams to address any potential shipment concerns.
Maintain accurate shipment records in the Transportation Management System.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and web portals in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the Operations Supply Chain Compliance Manager on continuous process improvements.
Manage and communicate time-sensitive information effectively.
Ensure all interactions with customers and carriers are handled professionally and courteously.
Adhere to security procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to tracking.
Participate in daily check-ins with the Tracking Supervisor for updates and announcements.
Attend in-person training and required meetings at headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.

Basic math skills for shipment calculations and tracking.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred.
Must be comfortable working overnight shifts in a remote environment.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in or near Indianapolis, IN for in-person training and quarterly meetings.
Majority of work involves sitting and using a computer and phone.
