Job Description

Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent

Are you an experienced Traveling Superintendent looking for a new opportunity with a growing General Contractor? We are seeking a skilled leader with a strong background in Tilt-Up, Light Industrial, Food Processing, and Cold Storage projects.

Requirements/Qualifications

3+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience, experience with, but not limited to: Tilt-Up, Light Industrial, Food Processing, Cold Storage, etc.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects
Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
Strong team building skills
Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents
Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site, managing daily operations
