Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage and organize confidential information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High School.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
