Job Description

Cedar & Salt Espresso at our Coupeville coffee shop location, is looking for a part time barista to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, reliable, has a great attitude, (did we say reliable?), positive attitude, and completely open availability. Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista 6+ months
• Eager and willing to work hard, and well with others
• Humble, honest, and loyal
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Completely open availability
• Reliable transportation (has own running vehicle)
