Salary: $80,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• I am looking for young adults aged 18–26 who possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and be located in or around cities such as Baltimore, Brooklyn/New York City, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Detroit, Newark, St. Louis, Kansas City, Raleigh, or Dayton.
• For military veterans and spouses, I seek individuals over 21 years old who are also legally authorized to work in the U.S. Eligible candidates may be transitioning active-duty service members through the DoD SkillBridge program, honorably discharged veterans, or members of the Guard or Reserves, and must be based in or near the specified cities listed above.

• In our tuition-free Tech Fundamentals program, participants will thoroughly learn the essentials of IT through practical applications. The program includes up to 20 weeks of instructor-led virtual training, opportunities for a paid internship or project-based learning experience, and the chance to obtain industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, IT Fundamentals+, a Google IT Support Certificate, and an IT Generalist Apprenticeship credential. Additionally, I will facilitate exposure to leading technologies from Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, and more. I will provide mentoring from experienced IT professionals, host employment readiness workshops, and offer job placement assistance with access to numerous top employers. Furthermore, I will ensure a comprehensive range of ongoing social service and personal development support.
