**CNC Machine Operator - Poway, CA** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines, particularly with FANUC controls, and possess excellent technical and analytical skills. If you have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** + Efficiently operate CNC machine + Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools + Read and interpret drawings and blueprints and perform in-process inspections + Work and communicate well with others + Follow safety procedures **Essential Skills** + Experience as a CNC machine operator + Experience with operating FANUC controls + Strong computer and math skills + Excellent technical and analytical skills + Great attention to detail + Highly developed concentration and precision **Work Environment** Indoor clean fabricating shop. 1st Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
