Job Overview: The Dispatcher manages the scheduling and coordination of vehicles and drivers to facilitate smooth and efficient transportation operations.

Main Duties:

• Assign routes and drivers based on delivery schedules and priorities
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and updates
• Track vehicle locations and progress using GPS or other tracking tools
• Address and resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or route adjustments
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities and driver logs
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation or logistics is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Compensation: $25.07 per hour
