About the role

As a Dispute Resolution Analyst , you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client cases, responding to inquiries, and resolving disputes with accuracy and efficiency. We will count on you to communicate across teams, validate claims, and ensure client satisfaction is upheld. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Case Management: Review documentation, analyze dispute cases, and take appropriate actions such as opening RMAs, coordinating with returns, and ensuring credits are issued accurately
  • Collaboration: Work closely with departments including sales, procurement, and finance; escalate when necessary, lead discussions, and maintain detailed documentation throughout the resolution process
  • Special Tasks: Handle CRA reports, assign casework, analyze recurring issues, and implement corrective process improvements

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in collections or dispute resolution, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret technical procedures or regulatory content
  • Strong written communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to clearly present and discuss information with clients and internal teams, both written and verbally
