Financial Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a strategic business development plan to attract new clients.
• Engage with leads, prospects, and existing clients to uncover financial needs.
• Deliver effective presentations to maximize business development impact.
• Oversee seamless client onboarding and financial planning implementation.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to efficiently open accounts and transfer assets.
• Build and nurture client relationships through expert advice and financial education.
• Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to review financial plans.
• Coordinate with the CIO to align investment strategies with client risk tolerances.
• Ensure compliance with marketing and sales specifications.
• Utilize technology platforms including CRM, trading, and money movement systems.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of direct client interaction experience in investment advisor
• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Business degree preferred.
• Must possess FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and SIE certifications.
• Experience with investment research, trade rebalancing, and performance reporting.
• If you are able to bring a book of business with you, this would be ideal!
