Key Responsibilities

Facility Upkeep

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface sanitization.

• Clean and maintain floors, furniture, windows, office areas, and shared spaces.

• Remove waste and dispose of trash in designated areas.

Supply Management

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning products and request replenishments as needed.

• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

• Ensure hotel, hospital, or residential rooms are consistently stocked with essential supplies.

Linen and Bedding Maintenance

• Change bed linens and replace with clean sets in accordance with facility schedules or guest/patient needs.

• Launder, dry, and fold linens as required.

• Ensure all bedding meets cleanliness standards and is presented neatly.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and basic English language skills.

• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.

• Previous experience using vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and general housekeeping equipment.

• Positive attitude with a focus on customer service.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Able to transport cleaning supplies and equipment throughout the facility.
