HVAC Apprentice

Based in Lancaster County – Full-Time, M-F Schedule

You’ve been in the HVAC field for a couple years. You know the basics like running line sets, handling installs, and working alongside customers. You’re comfortable working on residential and commercial job sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Full installation of new HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose issues and execute the right solution
• Interpret manuals, blueprints, and drawings to complete jobs correctly
• Keep tasks and jobs moving while out on job sites
• Maintain licenses/certifications and complete required continuing education
• Keep take-home company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow all company processes and policies to maintain a safe work environment
  

What You Bring

• At least 2 years working in the HVAC industry
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 75+ lbs. and safely handle tools, equipment, and materials
• EPA licenses are a plus, but not required
• You take pride in your work and care about quality
• You work hard for the customer’s benefit
• You stay steady when plans change
• You pitch in, stay positive, and push forward
