We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing, executing, and maintaining automated test solutions for web, API, and database-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Java-based automation frameworks, BDD methodologies, and DevOps-integrated testing pipelines, along with a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions.

The QA Automation Engineer is responsible for validating complex enterprise applications through a combination of automated and manual testing strategies. The QA Automation Engineer will work extensively with web applications, APIs, and databases to ensure system accuracy, performance, and reliability.

In this role, the QA Automation Engineer will design and execute automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and TOSCA while applying Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices. The QA Automation Engineer will collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and Agile teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. The QA Automation Engineer will also support financial and payment systems testing, including TSYS and credit card transaction validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Web, API, and Database applications (6 8 years).

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java and Selenium (3 5 years).

• Implement BDD frameworks and write feature files, step definitions, and automated scenarios (3 5 years).

• Execute and validate API testing using industry-standard tools and techniques (3 5 years).

• Design and execute test automation solutions using TOSCA (2 3 years).

• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment (3 5 years).

• Actively participate in Agile delivery using JIRA, Confluence, and X-Ray for test management (5 7 years).

• Perform end-to-end testing for TSYS and Credit Card processing systems , ensuring data accuracy and compliance (3 5 years).

Required Skills & Experience

• Test Automation:

  • Java-based automation frameworks with Selenium (3 5 years).

• BDD Methodologies:

  • Experience implementing and maintaining BDD frameworks (3 5 years).

• API & Database Testing:

  • Strong experience testing REST APIs and validating backend databases (3 5 years).

• TOSCA Automation:

  • Exposure to TOSCA with hands-on experience designing and executing automated test cases (2 3 years).

• DevOps & CI/CD:

  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (3 5 years).

• Agile Tools:

  • Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and X-Ray for test management (5 7 years).

• Domain Knowledge:

  • Experience with TSYS systems and Credit Card transaction testing (3 5 years).
