Receptionist Position:
New Image Dental Laboratory is a family-owned business celebrating 40 years in the dental industry. Some would call us the dental pharmacy filling prescriptions for custom dental appliances from crowns to bridges, dentures etc. We pride ourselves on quality and customer service.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a positive bubbly team player who can smile consistently when answering the phone, so our clients feel a warm friendly welcome every time they call. Role requires the ability to work with a multiline phone system while multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. This job is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, computer literate, friendly and loves working with the public. Any dental knowledge and terminology will be explained through training. No prior dental experience required.
Responsibilities:
Courteously and professionally answer multi-phone line system
Direct callers to the appropriate department
Accurately enter required data into the computer system
Coordinate with our delivery drivers to ensure final product is delivered on schedule
Assist with other duties as assigned
What do we require?
The selected candidate must pass a background screening and drug screening. Must be able to read, write be computer literate sit for long periods of time. Demonstrate you can work independently with minimal supervision. Compensation is based on level of experience and knowledge.
