Job Description

Description We are looking for a talented Search Engine Optimizer/Marketer (SEO/SEM) to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with our internal team and collaborate with an external agency to enhance website performance and search visibility. Responsibilities: - Analyze and evaluate indexed pages to identify opportunities for improved search engine optimization and structure. - Collaborate with an external SEO/SEM agency to implement effective strategies and enhancements. - Optimize existing blog posts to boost search visibility, relevance, and user engagement. - Provide actionable recommendations for on-page and technical SEO improvements. - Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and drive targeted traffic. - Monitor website performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM. - Develop and execute email campaigns using marketing automation tools to support broader digital marketing efforts. - Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance. Requirements - Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, including both technical and on-page optimization. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools, such as Marketo. - Experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns effectively. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies. - Ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to achieve shared goals. - Prior experience in the legal or other highly regulated industries is a plus. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
