Buildingstars is hiring a sales representative to make outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to potential clients. Your goal is to build rapport with the client and get them to schedule a face-to-face appointment with our outside sales team.

This is full-time, on-site position in Maryland Heights, MO. Your hourly rate will be $15.00/hour. For each appointment you set, you will receive bonus pay. On top of that, if the appointment becomes a contract, you earn commission pay. Watch your earnings soar as you set appointments!

Essential Duties Include:

• Cold call prospects and past customers to generate interest
• Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Teams
• Document and track calls and interactions with potential customers
• Email marketing material to interested customers
• Attend and contribute to weekly virtual meetings with outside sales team

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment
• Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas
• Prior experience with CRM software; Gmail and Google work products
• Ability to manage intranet tabs simultaneously
