Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Livingston, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will provide essential technical support to end-users, ensuring that IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving technical challenges. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to user inquiries regarding IT systems and applications. - Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. - Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed. - Accurately document all reported issues, resolutions, and actions taken in ticketing systems. - Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely issue resolution. - Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to non-technical users. - Provide support for desktop hardware, computer applications, and Office tools. - Assist with troubleshooting Active Directory and Windows 11-related issues. - Adapt to various shift schedules as required, ensuring continuous support coverage. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent educational background. - 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field. - Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. - Proficiency in managing support tickets and using ticketing systems. - Familiarity with Office applications, Active Directory, and Windows 11. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
