You'll play a pivotal role in managing financial operations for iconic shows like THE VOICE and SURVIVOR, ensuring smooth financial workflows that bring compelling stories to life. Key job responsibilities - Manage comprehensive production finance functions throughout the entire production lifecycle - Coordinate production accounting communications and maintain critical financial schedules - Process development payroll and handle legal compliance notifications - Prepare and distribute production cost summary reports - Support cross-functional teams with financial data and ad-hoc information requests A day in the life Your day will be a blend of strategic financial coordination and collaborative problem-solving. Basic Qualifications * High School Graduate or equivalent * A combination of 3 or more years in entertainment finance and production accounting in the film and television industry. Preferred Qualifications * Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and database management * Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. * Highly motivated, analytical, proactive, and self-sufficient * Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Must be able to and be comfortable with seamlessly transitioning from independent work to a group setting and vice versa * Able to earn the trust and respect of clients and coworkers * Strong organization and time management skills * Ability to effectively research, conclude on, and communicate various accounting topics * Advanced knowledge of various production accounting software: EP Smart Accounting, PSL, and Greenslate. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
