Job Description Join the Claim Experience Enablement (CEE) team to transform the end-to-end claim experience, making it nimble and frictionless for all constituents. Our focus is on modernizing pricing capabilities and increasing automation to ensure accurate claim pricing and alignment with provider contracts.
Project Management Responsibilities: Ensure IT and Ops capability readiness, define and drive critical paths, attend scrum ceremonies, and accept user stories. Work cross-functionally to deliver capabilities within budget and timelines. Translate gaps into requirements, vet solutions, support business case development, and manage communications. Oversee deployment, operational readiness, and post-go-live support.
Capability Manager Responsibilities: Similar to Project Management, but with a focus on product-specific capabilities. Ensure readiness, drive delivery, attend scrum ceremonies, and accept user stories. Translate gaps into requirements, vet solutions, support business case development, and manage communications. Oversee deployment, operational readiness, and post-go-live support.

Skills And Requirements - Experience in the healthcare industry (particularly with UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, Optum, OptumRx)
- Experience with claim management and claim adjudication platforms
- Significant experience working with IT in an agile environment
- Aha! experience
- Rally user experience
- Strong ability to produce executive communications and value stories -Proven ability to grow maturity and velocity within agile teams
- Experience leading steering committee meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to take the lead and initiative to drive programs forward
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams null
